All about aesthetics!
A different take on real estate photography and/or videography.
If you want to stand out from the rest you have to do something different, I take on real estate and Air BNB work with a heavy focus on aesthetics and what makes it a home rather than just another house listing. I capture all the key utilities in the home, the surrounding area and yes, I still shoot a few “standard” real estate shots. I tie all this in with a look which is totally up to the client, generally its a “light and bright” theme but I understand every home is different and i’m willing to adapt to everyones personal taste.
For Air BNBs I also offer social media “booster packs” using similar presets on images of the local area through all the seasons which will increase a social media presence for your page. This creates a seamless feed of advertisements for your investment.
